This program will give you a complete gym workout routine that you can follow if you are someone who wants to start with weight training or muscle building and are not quite familiar with handeling equipments in the gym. Vinod Channa explains each exercises in depth while also explaining correct use of the machines and equipments being used. The approach follows targetting each of our 6 body part out of six everyday such that your whole body gets strengthening and conditioning.
