If you want to build your Shoulders, tricep and chest AT HOME then this workout is for you. In this video, Vinod Channa shows exercises for both beginners and advanced explaining each move in depth. The exercises performed in this video will strengthen your overall upper body, primarily focusing on shoulder, bicep, chest and tricep. Complete 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps for every exercise, then only you will see results.
