This series of workout for beginners is designed to help people who have not been working out frequently or at all but want to get started. This program is divided into 3 levels with each level the intensity of exercise increases. Level 1 focuses on safe, low impact and accessible movements to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and general health. Perfect for those new in exercise, Level-2 and Level-3 will challenge you in the best way possible. You can choose to go at your own pace, if you find it difficult to perform Level 2 and 3 you can stick to Level-1 for 2-3 weeks - given that you are regular with your workout - and then you can slowly progress to Level 2 followed by Level 3. This is a perfect guide for VERY-beginners who are just returning after a long break of "No-Workouts" or look for soft full-body routines that require a minimum exertions, without equipment.
