The exercises in this program require familiarity with basic exercises, for example, pushup is included which most beginners cannot perform. In such case you are advised to perform beginner-friendly movements first and then move on to advance movements. This program is specifically designed to give toning and shape instead of bulking, these routines are ideal for the definition of muscle, posture and functional power. They are perfect for efficient, equipment-light, and home workouts.
