If you are a beginner, some exercises might be difficult to perform, but if you are consistent you will see results and will feel the burn in your core. If you are aiming for fat loss then you can perform this Abdominal Routine at the end of your normal workout routine. Note that doing abdominal workouts ONLY will not help in FAT LOSS.
